第八届中国通信学会环球科学家蓝海论坛征文通知

为深入贯彻习近平总书记关于新型工业化重要论述和党的二十届三中全会精神，推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合，加快培育和发展新质生产力。中国通信学会现暂定于2025年8月1-2日在新疆乌鲁木齐举办“第八届中国通信学会环球科学家蓝海论坛暨《中国通信》科技前沿研讨会”。本论坛由中国通信学会和《中国通信》杂志社联合主办，聚焦信息通信领域前沿理念，围绕通信理论与技术演进、智能通信革新、卫星通信突破、6G 学术探索及产业应用等多元维度，深入剖析信息通信技术与学术研究的最新进展，精准洞察未来发展趋势，是国内外信息通信领域一场极具影响力的高规格学术盛会。为配合本次论坛，特开展征文活动。论文投稿截止时间为2025年6月30日。录用论文将作为专刊发表在《中国通信》2026年第四期。欢迎信息通信领域的专家学者、研究人员和广大科技工作者踊跃投稿。

本次征文活动使用ScholarOne作为投审稿平台，优秀录用论文根据需要安排在会议期间进行宣讲。
